Receive, respond, and report all customer complaints
- Produce weekly reports for received complaints and other various tasks that need to be measured, speak to relevant departments and heads of departments to show trends, and common occurrences to which you will devise a plan to help eliminate that issue as urgently as possible
- Monitorand attend to all store online, canceled, and “left as new” bookings
- Monitor all visitors, scheduled meetings, and booked interviews in compliance with the Health and Safety protocol by signing each visitor in and out with specified dates, times, and reasons for visits
- Reply and maintainstore reviews and online bookings
- Take payment at front counter and process the payment in Vend
- Schedule available notice times and post when requested
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Maintain a clean front-of-house area at all times
- Maintain all conference rooms
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and, photocopying
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Monitor head office and warehouse cleaners’ performance and report any issues
- Maintain cleaning, stationary, snack and water orders on a monthly basis and when specially requested from the head of each department
- Administration of company motor vehicle usage and logs.
- Schedule company motor vehicle service when required.
- Assisting with company event coordination, both internally and externally
