Join Eurocold - Australia's leading provider of refrigerated truck and trailer solutions. We're looking for an organised, professional, and friendly Junior Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our brand-new head office in Berrinba, Brisbane.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and contractors. You'll provide professional, efficient, and proactive administrative support to ensure day-to-day interactions across the business run seamlessly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide excellent front-of-house service
  • Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms daily
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries daily
  • Process toll notices, complete statutory declarations, and on-charge the customers via invoicing
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, with stationery and groceries
  • Support the wider team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

You're a friendly communicator with a can-do attitude and great attention to detail. You're eager to learn, enjoy helping others, and feel at home in a busy environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration or reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great time management & organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Salesforce & Xero exposure (advantageous but not essential as on the job training will be included)
  • A professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
