A new opportunity is now available for a Finance support officer to join our Connectnow team. This position will be covering a family leave employee for the period of the next 12 months.

The primary purpose of this role is to support finance related tasks within the Connectnow business unit to ensure Connectnow’s accounts payable, receivable, financial and business reporting functions are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

What you’ll be doing
- Day-to-day management of panel & non-panel supplier (vendor) invoices arriving at the Connectnow invoices mailbox
- Process and code invoices and/or manage purchase orders accurately and in a compliant manner
- Ensure vendor / retailer master data is maintained and up to date (note: volumes: ~50 vendors, ~60 invoices / ~8 retailers, ~12 invoices per month)
- Manage end-to-end reconciliation, retailer invoicing & payment collection process to collect payments within agreed time frames
- Assist Finance coordinator with monthly accruals & financial reports on WD1 every month
- Assist with reporting for monthly Real Estate Agent rebate payments to ensure that they are paid in a compliant and timely manner
- Coordinate monthly call center/support overtime payments with call center TLs & Support Manager & submit to payroll team by monthly deadline, to ensure on-time payment to staff
- Coordinate Weekly GST payments to Real Estate Agents via SharePoint accurately and on time

About You

What you’ll bring to the table
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Must be highly organised & have strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using SAP advantageous
