We’re seeking an Azure LLM/SLM Specialist with the spark to drive digital innovation, elevate data quality, and supercharge AI capabilities in a dynamic hybrid team setting. This pivotal role supports a Microsoft 365 Copilot Proof-of-Value (POV) initiative—bringing intelligent agents to life across key enterprise use cases. 12-24 month contract in Canberra (hybrid).

**Your day at NTT**
- Model Configuration & Deployment: Tailor and configure Large Language Models for use cases like summarization, content creation, and decision support.
- Workflow Maintenance: Continuously refine prompts, templates, and workflows to maximize accuracy and user value.
- Integration & Experience Design: Integrate Copilot agents into enterprise systems for a seamless, intuitive user experience.
- Adoption Strategy: Engage with Champions and Copiloter Networks to encourage uptake and overcome resistance.
- Training & Onboarding Support: Assist in the rollout of training materials and activities in line with change management plans.
- Compliance & Evaluation: Ensure solutions meet privacy, security, and ethical standards while supporting performance benchmarking and risk reporting.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Azure AI services, LLM configuration, and prompt engineering.
- Copilot Expertise: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Office 365 administration, with demonstrated implementation success.
- Cloud & Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate AI agents securely within enterprise cloud environments.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical and adoption-related issues.
- Communication & Engagement: Ability to simplify complex concepts and support stakeholder training and workshops.
- Ethics & Fairness: Deep understanding of ethical AI deployment principles, with awareness of bias mitigation strategies
