- A current and valid BlueCard.-
- First Aid & CPR certificate.Skills and Attributes- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)-
- Capability to support, guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the learning environment.-
- Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.-
- Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.-
