We are on the lookout for an awesome professional to join our team in a newly created full time, permanent opportunity. The P&C Business Partner team is a close-knit team '“ we look after one another, we work hard but also love a good laugh.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Performance and Partnering, you will balance a combination of both virtual and onsite work in Artarmon, Sydney.
- You’ll partner with our dynamic News and Current Affairs and Technology divisions or may blend to support other areas where needed.
- You’ll build trusted partnerships with your divisional Directors and leadership teams, leading your assigned business unit through the full spectrum of HR matters and people initiatives.

**About you**

The right person to join our team will be a passionate and values driven P&C Business Partner who can hit the ground running, experienced in partnering with businesses with diverse functions and needs, and be able to demonstrate:

- Ideally, previous experience in the media/ broadcasting sector, with an awareness of content production and news or current affairs roles and operations
- Outstanding and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders at an ExCom level
- Best practice knowledge across HR generalist domains including employee experience, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, change management, all within a legislative compliance umbrella.
- Proven experience in managing change initiatives through effective consultation and implementation in order to deliver on strategy
- Excellent communication, persuasion and influencing skills and an ability to navigate diverse client groups with different needs
- How you’ve delivered strategic initiatives to achieve tangible outcomes and how they’ve aligned to core business vision
