**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Welcoming clients with warmth and assisting with their needs.
- Ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry.
- Supporting online order processing, dispatch, and logistics.
- Providing general administrative support and handling ad-hoc duties.

**What You Bring**:

- A positive, friendly demeanor that welcomes everyone.
- Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset to maintain operational accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette that leaves a memorable impression.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience in obtaining quotes is essential.

**Working Hours**: _Availability:_ 4-5 days per week

Hours 8:30am -5pm ( including every second Saturday "with a higher pay rate on Saturdays" ).
