**The Role**:
Join ASAP Roadworthys as a Customer Service Officer, where you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, efficiently scheduling services across regions from Northern NSW to the Sunshine Coast, and addressing customer inquiries regarding bookings, all while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

**Applicants should be available to fill this roster**:
Saturday : 8am - 4pm + Sunday 12pm - 5pm

**Essential Qualifications & Qualities**:

- A passion for customer service, evident in every interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with keen observational skills and an eagerness to learn continuously.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
