**About the role**:
**Paceway Mitsubishi **in
**Osborne Park **is currently seeking an automotive
**Receptionist** with great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, filing and processing of documents and completing general administrative tasks to dealership personnel.

This role will provide 22.5 permanent part-time hours, spread across a roster from Monday to Friday.

Flexibility with rostering is essential, due to the changing nature of our business.

Monday: 1pm to 5:30pm

Tuesday: 1pm to 5:30pm

Wednesday: 1pm to 5:30pm

Thursday: 1pm to 5:30pm

Friday: 1pm to 5:30pm

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**About you**:

You will ideally possess:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
