Looking for friendly, experienced medical receptionist for a small 2 doctor clinic in Mill Park for Part time weekdays and weekend when needed.

Our practice is supported by a FT Practice Nurse & psychologist.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your duties will include:
Greeting patients
Receiving calls
making and confirming appointments
billing, receipting and end of day reconciliation
scanning, data entry, faxing, printing
recall of patients
maintaining a clean and attractive waiting room & common area.
maintaining treatment and consulting rooms for the practice to run smoothly and general administrative tasks.

Skills and experience

You will require

Experience with Best Practice as well as Tyro system
An understanding of RACGP standards and accreditation.
Excellent communication skills and maturity.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and have attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative
Flexibility to work extra days or hours if required.
Punctuality and dedication to the clinic and team members.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
