**ICT Support Officer - NSW Government**

ICT Support Officer required by a NSW Government department on a 6-month contract with extensions paying up to $750 per day + Super.

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
The ICT Support Officer will provide technical support for day-to-day operations of the organisation’s ICT systems. The role is responsible for the installation, monitoring & maintenance of the organisation’s network systems including associated hardware & software.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure a high level of ICT support is provided to customers, managing expectations & meeting or exceeding defined SLAs
- Escalate performance issues with internal and/or external providers to minimise adverse impact of systems availability on business continuity
- Coordinate set-up activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices, AV equipment & other information systems
- Provide technical administration & leadership to customers on products, systems & configuration

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role providing exceptional customer service & ICT technical support
- Outstanding communication skills & a natural aptitude with assisting customers
- Excellent network, server & workstation diagnostic skills
- Strong working experience with: Windows Server Administration, Microsoft 365 & Exchange as well as cloud hosted systems (Microsoft Azure & AWS)
