School ICT Officer - Sophia College, Plainland

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and oversee daily ICT operations, working closely with the school leadership team to deliver on key ICT objectives.
  • Coordinate the development, maintenance and operations of the ICT network infrastructure and recommend improvements to systems and processes.
  • Install and maintain systemic management and educational delivery systems in accordance with school standards and policies.
  • Contribute to the school's strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives and policies and providing recommendations.
  • Coordinate the school's asset management including the registration and disposal of ICT hardware and software assets.
About You / Qualifications
  • Expertise in providing strategic ICT advice, analysis, and support at the Senior Leadership level.
  • Strong ability in developing, maintaining, and improving an ICT network infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining educational and systemic management systems.
  • Ability to review legislation, policies, and initiatives, to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in managing ICT asset registration, disposal, and lifecycle processes.
  • Tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma/Diploma level in ICT or related field.
  • For this position you are not required to be Catholic.

  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
