**A Bit About the Role**

This isn’t just a desk job. You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our patients, the calm voice on the phone, and the helpful hand behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable
- Managing appointments and the day-to-day schedule
- Keeping patient records up to date and accurate
- Lending a hand with sterilisation and setting up treatment rooms
- Ordering supplies and making sure we’re always stocked up

**Who We’re Looking For**

Someone who’s:

- Worked in a dental practice or a front-desk/customer service role before
- Friendly, approachable, and great with people
- Organised with strong time management skills (you love a good checklist)
- Confident using dental software and computer systems
- Flexible, team-oriented, and always willing to help
- Interested in the dental field and passionate about patient care
