Our client has been leading the way through sustainable adventure products for decades, and we are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager.
With stores internationally and nationwide they offer endless training and support, allowing you to show your own unique style while you get to educate and offer an honest customer experience. With endless growth opportunities, we are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager.
**The role**:
- Effective communication and relationship building
- Assisting the manager in leading and training your team of
- Providing excellent customer experience
- Managing and working towards sales and KPIs targets
**You will bring**:
- A love for adventure and the outdoors
- Experience in stock management and visual merchandising for a large format business.
- The ability to lead and train your team
- A passion for customer service and previous experience in working towards KPIs
