Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant

**About the Role**
**You will**:

- Provide advice, reporting and insightful analytics on developments, improvements, and future directions of D365 to meet business needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle planning, roadmap design and implementation including product, release and change management.
- Identify, design, and implement complex configuration changes / improvements
- Identify and define appropriate control activities for assigned tasks, specifically related to design, build and test
- Write, develop and maintain clear D365 Sales and Operations system design documentation
- Assist with issue identification, tracking and resolution
- Manage the implementation of Microsoft Custom Workflows using Power Automate
- Under the guidance of the COO, manage the end-to-end project management of Dynamics 365 customisation and continuous improvement including:

- Project scoping, Analysis, Design, Functional documentation, Configuration, Testing, and Go-live support
- Collaborate with internal and external developers for complex development changes, ensuring the work is delivered to standards and on time
- Manage our Development and Production environments and be able to keep these both in sync and up to date

**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate**:

- Hands-on experience in the following areas:

- Managing development projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Developing CRM custom workflows and plug-ins
- Integrating D365 (CRM) with other software solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
- Proven experience with Restful APIs using C# and Microsoft.NET Framework
- Ability to incorporate DevOps in Dynamics 365, perform complex customisations, manage plugins and integration to external systems and web services
- Experience in requirements gathering, analytical and business process skills to translate user requirements into functional specifications then into technical development
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
