You will also have:
- Highly developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills demonstrated leadership and management experience, and the ability to establish effective working relationships which engage relevant stakeholders.
- Project management ability, and proven time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work concurrently on multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interrogate, manipulate and interpret human resource and business information to provide meaningful reports, recommendations, and evaluations.
- Experience in delivering projects that drive major organisational change; transforming teams to deliver an exceptional people experience and optimal people services.
- Experience in developing and implementing diversity, inclusion, and workforce culture strategies.
- A growth mindset - you won't be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through your persistence, passion, and the ability to influence and negotiate within an ambiguous and ever-changing environment.
