- We are a General Dental Practice conveniently located on 411 Church Street Parramatta NSW 2150, close to public transport and Parramatta Shopping Centre.

- We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager with at least 3 years' experience to join the growing Royal Dental team, ideally full time (approximately 38 hours per week).

**Qualifications and experience**
- The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Thorough knowledge and experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- The ability to take initiative in all areas and develop, where appropriate, modifications and additions to the role in line with business objectives
- The ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
- Passionate about the highest level of patient care, extremely organised and have an exceptional work ethic
- Energetic, motivated with the ability to problem solve well and experienced in keeping a busy practice running smoothly
- A team player, an honest communicator and someone who leads by example
- Have the ability to effectively work in a team and unsupervised
- Possess strong computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Office
- Have a vast knowledge of Hicaps and Health fund claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to show compassion and empathy
- Responsible and punctual
- Ability to multi-task
- The ability to relate well with a wide range of people, including those with special needs
- Good organization skills

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- To ensure the practice runs smoothly
- Greet patients in a friendly manner
- Answer the telephone, make, change, and cancel appointments as necessary
- Take payments
- Cash up/ banking at the end of the day
- Staff Rosters, organising coverage for shifts if staff are absent.
- Keeping dental invoices scanned and up to date for payment of monthly dental accounts.
- Ensuring the maintenance of dental equipment.
- To oversee all areas of the practice and ensure all protocols are in place and are followed, including but not limited to compliance with all legislation regarding sterilisation and cleaning procedures, staff abiding by company policies etc

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
