**About this opportunity**

**Ashfield** has an opportunity for a talented member of the team to take on this leadership position You who will be responsible for supporting our wonderful team of dentists and dental assistants and running all aspects of the practice.
- Full time permanent role - Monday to Friday
- Modern practice with 3 dental chairs and access to low cost parking
- Responsible for staff management, reporting, process improvements and sales
- A welcoming, friendly team and a great regional manager on hand for support
- Ensure success for all patients, team members and dentists

**Your Skills and Attributes**

You are a dedicated member of the Pacific Smiles team who wants to utilise their capabilities to add value to our business and take your career to the next step with us.
- Dental or medical knowledge/experience is highly regarded, but experience outside the industry will be considered
- Leadership skills including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
- Demonstrated experience in effective people management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment or keen to learn
- Sound business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets, KPI's and rostering or keen to learn
