**The Role**:
As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the patient experience and the overall success of our practice. We are seeking a professional with a strong sales ethic combined with a compassionate approach to patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and motivate our patients about the dental treatments necessary for achieving their optimal dental health and aesthetic goals. This role requires a unique blend of salesmanship, dental knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate treatment plans and options, secure treatment acceptances, and foster long-term patient relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct patient consultations to discuss treatment options, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure patients are fully informed and comfortable with their treatment plan.
- Develop and present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients, utilizing a strong sales approach to encourage timely acceptance of recommended treatments.
- Work closely with the dental team to coordinate scheduling and follow-up care to optimize patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed the practice’s treatment acceptance targets, contributing to the overall financial success of the practice.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
- Provide empathetic support and follow-up to patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring a positive experience and fostering patient loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior dental role (e.g., Practice Manager, Senior Dental Receptionist, or similar) with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental treatments, terminology, and insurance plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software.

**Salary**: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
