- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Be the **warm and welcoming** first point of contact for our patients.
- **Efficiently manage appointments**, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Oversee daily clinic operations to **ensure a smooth workflow**.
- Maintain **strict confidentiality and accuracy** in patient record keeping.
- Handle billing inquiries and **process payments professionally**.
- Facilitate **effective communication between patients, dental professionals**, and support staff.
- **Previous experience in the dental industry**, with a deep understanding of dental office dynamics.
- **Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software** is highly preferred.
- Exceptional **communication skills** and a genuine desire to i**nteract positively with patients and team members.**:

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Schedule:
