**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our Just Jeans team As an integral part of the Just Jeans team, this VM Coordinator role is required to present high density merchandise in a fast paced fashion environment - always with the customer as top of mind.

**Responsibilities**
- The planning and production of fortnightly VM briefs
- Take a product brief and deliver a creative, on brand, merchandising document for stores
- Work closely with retail teams to drive sales through merchandising and displays
- Communicate market feedback with solutions to grow sales
- Coordinate all VM material for new store openings
- Support the Brand Visual Merchandising Manager in strategic merchandising plans
- Work closely with the internal graphics team to create and deliver store collateral
- Lead and present to senior stakeholders at VM walk throughs and sign offs

**Skills & Experience**
- Two years’ experience working in VM (Head Office retail environment in a similar role and experience working in retail store environment preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with a Mac and be proficient across Excel, InDesign and Adobe suite
- Strong commercial acumen and space management/merchandising skills
- Ability to work individually and in a small dynamic team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
