What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate Trade Partner (vendor/sub-contractor) pre-qualification assessments.
- Identify and drive improvements in our Trade Partner performance and processes.
- Manage Trade Partner training programs and track progress.
- Support the implementation of a Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Coordinate reviews and ensure Trade Partner compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and platforms.
- Work collaboratively with other functions within the organisation to support the required development of Trade Partner training materials and platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement across our Trade Partner Management processes.

Who You Are:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in vendor relationship management, procurement or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with VMS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly.
- A strong team focus, and highly motivated with a growth attitude.
- Project management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills preferred.
