**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative visionary to be part of the Peter Alexander team as a **Visual Merchandising Coordinator**

Reporting to the VM Brand Manager, this role will play an integral part in presenting high density merchandise in a fast-paced fashion environment - always with the customer as top of mind. The role is full-time, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and produce clear, engaging visual merchandising (VM) briefs on a fortnightly basis
- Develop and deliver creative merchandising documents that guide in-store execution
- Coordinate the print production and distribution of VM briefs to store teams
- Strategically plan product layouts, optimising high-density apparel in limited retail spaces
- Collaborate with retail teams to drive sales through effective merchandising and impactful displays
- Source visual props and manage international logistics for window display elements
- Coordinate all visual merchandising materials required for new store launches
- Partner with the internal graphics team to design and deliver in-store collateral

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a retail environment, with a good understanding of the Peter Alexander brand identity and visual merchandising style
- Proficiency working on a Mac, with strong skills in Excel, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised work habits
- Creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
