Cobra Waste Solutions are seeking to appoint a Transport allocator / Fleet Controller, that consistently finds the balance between excellent customer service, safety, effective productivity & cost-effective route planning.

This role will suit someone who is eager to take ownership and manage the NSW fleet as their own, whilst working part of the NSW team.

Your strong ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment will be key to this role and your success.

Additionally, this role requires
- Ability to allocate work and supervise drivers.
- Have exceptional customer service skills.
- A good knowledge of the Sydney & surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated experiences, in using excel, word and computerised allocating software.
- Knowledge in the Waste Recycling industry (advantage)
- Mechanically minded (advantage)
- Supporting other operations team members in managing the day-to-day challenges faced by the fleet.

Experience in a similar position or within the Transport and Logistics industry will be highly regarded.
