Community Connections Australia (CCA) is a NDIS and iCare accredited service provider that provides high quality and personalised supports for people living with a disability throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

CCA is looking for an experienced Support Worker who is compassionate and has a positive can-do attitude to join our team at Middleton Grange. We are offering daytime work hours (work around the school pick up and drop off). CCA has both permanent part-time and casual positions on offer.

We will assist you to learn about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and provide you with ongoing training in the Disability sector.

As a member of our Support Team you will be required to support this Person in their own home or in the community. Some of the tasks you will be performing include**:personal care**, preparing and cooking meals, cleaning, transporting the person to activities and appointments and general domestic assistance.

CCA support workers play an invaluable part in upholding our vision of supporting people to live independently in their own home, in the community of their choice and to receive the services they choose.

Essential requirements include:

- COVID Vaccination Certificate
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check on commencement with CCA
- NSW Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle
- Experienced Support Worker

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $42.55 per hour
