NSW Government Agency is seeking a Contract / Commercial Manager to Leverage their commercial, procurement and project management experience, the role will work closely with the Commercial Managers, functional, technical and change teams, to identify, engage and manage suppliers to facilitate the overall delivery of the Program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine supply needs and researching potential suppliers with stakeholders.
- Assist the Commercial Manager for any go to market procurement activities.
- Act as a key liaison and communicate pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.
- Source suppliers and draft required commercial / procurement documentation for review by the Commercial Manager.
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis reporting of suppliers for review by Commercial Manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation of procurement contracts with selected vendors and suppliers.
- Generate monthly supply cost reports and any other reporting required by the Commercial Manager and Program governance.
- Keep abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities across the Program, identify and report supplier progress delivery issues.
- Work with Program and Cluster (business) representatives to develop and engage suppliers based on procurement requirements
- Mentor and advise the Program team on commercial / procurement practices.

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related field /or relevant professional experience
- Demonstratable working experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
