Join a nationally significant infrastructure project as a
Commercial Contracts Manager
, taking ownership of complex downstream and upstream subcontract packages from procurement through delivery. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering high-value electrical and mechanical works in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage multimillion dollar subcontractor packages including variations, claims, payments, and performance tracking
  • Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontract agreements
  • Support tender processes in partnership with procurement and commercial teams
  • Oversee contract compliance, ensuring obligations and risks are well-managed
  • Coordinate reporting, forecasting, and cash flow for assigned scopes
  • Liaise with on-site teams and subcontractors to validate progress and resolve issues

Your profile:

  • 10+ years' experience in contract administration or commercial delivery on major construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. QS, Engineering, Law, Finance)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus
