Our client, a prominent player in the Accounting and Financial Services Outsourcing sector in Australia, is looking to add a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to their team. **Responsibilities**:

- identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client network and customer base
- Collaborate with the Director and other team members to develop new growth strategies
- Organising and conducting marketing webinars to showcase the company's products and services
- Delivering presentations about the business to potential customers via Zoom and in-person
- Coordinating in-office seminars to showcase their service offerings.
- Participating in telemarketing efforts as part of their lead generation efforts
- Managing the CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and efficient follow-ups
- Continually monitoring and analysing competitor strategies to identify market opportunities and threats
- Previous sales experience desirable, but not a must
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self motivated, achievement oriented, well disciplined, task focused with a strong sense of timeliness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Have general understanding about how businesses operate in Australia.
- Able to work Full-time at their Parramatta Offices

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
