- About the role:
**_ First Impressions Officer_**
- Provide a receptionist role on behalf of Quantum and co-located agencies.
- Act as a central communication and collection point for Correspondence (mail), Visitors and Staff movements, Vehicle Pool keys and information and stationery supplies.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - what you will bring.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in an all-round administration role.
- Ability to maintain complex databases, spreadsheets, and extract reports.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills with the ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration.
- Ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence/Working with Children Check/Police Check.
