Technology Delivery Integration Lead

ING Australia's Tech modernisation strategy is a complex business & technology transformation program, consisting of 6+ large initiatives, enabled by multiple inter-dependent global providers whilst paving the road to the public cloud. As the **Australian Technology Integration Delivery Lead**, you will play a pivotal role overseeing all the integration efforts from the Australian side needed to plan and execute the transformation program.

Reporting to the CIO ING Australia, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and direct the activities of the Integration Team in Australia, while ensuring alignment with your counterpart in Europe, that will manage the global side. This is a unique opportunity to work in cross border program delivery; a cross-location delivery to drive ING Global and Australian integration plans; contribute to modern, innovative public cloud artifacts and market-relevant operating models designs while gaining hands-on experiences.

**What you'll do**
- Support the CIO and senior leaders manage and monitor the integration progress and risk across strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders regarding the feasibility, timing, and sequencing of activities outlined in the roadmaps.
- Collaborate with initiatives teams to ensure that dependencies are accurately identified and managed to minimise risks and delays.
- Identify and document portfolio level impediments that may affect the overall landscape.
- Review, identify and address gaps or inconsistencies in the architecture designs and propose solutions to mitigate risks or enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of the architecture design and their implications.
- Lead the preparation of integration meetings for Australia with global providers and executives.

**What you'll bring**
- A proven track record in leading large scale transformation programs with proven experience as a technology Program Director
- Experience in Technology and/or Transformation desirably within Banking and Financial Services
- Experience working across multiple functions in Technology with specific experience in architecture/solution design.
- Vendor Management / Partnership locally as well as globally
- Extensive experience in reporting at an Executive level
