We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Back of House Staff to join our team at O Bar. As a Back of House Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, and in delivering high-quality food that meets the standards of our discerning guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food in accordance with the established menu and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with Front of House Staff to ensure timely delivery of food to guests
- Manage food waste and control costs
- Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or upscale bar
- Expertise in food preparation and cooking techniques, with a focus on quality and consistency
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $48.00 per hour
