We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Staff to join our team at O Bar. As a Front of House Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Provide menus and offer recommendations on food and drink selections
- Take orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer guest inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
- Monitor guest feedback and communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure quality control
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with billing and payments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or upscale bar
- Passion for food and beverage, with a good knowledge of wine and cocktail service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the establishment
