**About the Role**

We are seeking an **Education Services Advisor** to be the primary point of administrative contact for our academic team. This role is vital for ensuring high-quality and efficient operations of the administrative functions within the school. You will provide ongoing support to the academic delivery team regarding learning management systems, student queries, grade management, payment management, timetabling, and other student activities.

This position will be based at our** Melbourne **campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main contact for academic administration inquiries from students and staff.
- Provide guidance on institute policies and student experience activities.
- Assist the Academic Course Coordinator with academic queries, complaints, and integrity requests.
- Manage payments for casual teachers and staff.
- Conduct Canvas reviews each Trimester to ensure accuracy of learning materials and dates.
- Support compliance with Assessment Policies regarding extensions and grade releases.
- Compile accurate timetables and assist with teaching allocations.
- Act as Executive Officer for the Teaching and Learning Committee.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years demonstrated experience in academic administration and understanding of education policies.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and administrative databases.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
