- Maintain detailed records of call interactions and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
- Ensure a positive and courteous experience for all callers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or phone-based role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: $24.38 - $35.29 per hour
