**About the opportunity**

This newly created role has been designed to assist the Talent & Mobility teams across all administrative tasks. Starting as a 12 month max term contract the Talent Administration Advisor will work from the Brighton office with WFH home flexibility available.

Working closely with the Talent & Workforce Manager this role will assist the team with admin and recruitment tasks such as short listing and phone screening for bulk recruitment drives, assisting the Career & Talent Mobility Lead to plan and execute assessment centres, assist with advertising and compliance checks for corporate recruitment, and any ad hoc tasks and projects.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR admin role would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work closely with our home based staff as well as the multi disciplinary support office teams
- High level attention to detail and strong skills with various computer systems, including HRIS
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible around competing deadlines
- Some interstate travel may be required
