**ADMIN / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT IN KWINANA BEACH WA**
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Finance team with tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
