Are you a reliable, organised, and proactive administrator looking for a rewarding role in a fun and energetic environment? Aqua Park Coolum is seeking a skilled **Administration Assistant** to support our growing group of businesses.

About Us

Aqua Park Coolum is a leading outdoor sports and recreation facility on the Sunshine Coast. We operate:

- The popular inflatable **Aqua Park**:

- **Oz Ski Resort**, offering water sports and events
- **Oz Fitness Coolum**, our on-site gym
- **The Lakeside Cafe**, a community favourite for food and coffee

We’re all about adventure, health, and great customer experiences - and we need a motivated admin superstar to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

This is a **permanent part-time** position offering **approximately 30 hours per week**. While we offer flexibility with your working hours, the role is **based on-site** and involves supporting daily operations across our four businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- General administrative duties (scheduling, data entry, filing)
- Bookkeeping and invoicing (Xero or similar software)
- Managing and updating business social media accounts
- Supporting customer enquiries and internal communication
- Assisting with marketing, promotions, and events
- Coordinating with suppliers, staff, and contractors

About You
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with managing social media for businesses
- Excellent communication and time management
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- A friendly, reliable team player with strong attention to detail
