We are seeking a strong administrator to join a fantastic team working on a HR service desk. The team provides a range of support services including corporate payments, payroll, staff contracts and on-boarding, and travel.

**The role**:

- Competitive hourly rate of $43 per hour plus super
- Central CBD location | Martin Place
- Providing first level administration and support services to employees in relation to a broad range of end-to-end services
- Ensure service requests are recorded, triaged and assigned to the appropriate team within a timely manner and within prescribed service level agreement time frames
- Ensure all incidents and service requests are recorded and actioned within a timely manner.

**About you**:

- Previous or current human resources and customer service
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong administrative experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
