An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced practice manager to work on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

This is an opportunity to work in a beachside location offering an enviable lifestyle. Beaches, parklands, cafés, restaurants and national parks are all on the doorstep of this dynamic practice

The practice manager will work alongside three vets (including a lead vet) and a great team of nurses and receptionists. The office support team will provide guidance and ongoing training.

This is a young clinic underpinned by a tight team who takes pride in delivering a high standard of care every day. The focus of the practice is on ensuring they have a positive impact on their community. The team really strive to make a difference.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the client experience is excellent, recruitment, rostering and management of team member development, maintaining a positive workplace culture, creating and implementing local marketing initiatives and monitoring financial and team performance.
- A proven background as a practice manager within a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines.
- Great rapport-building skills
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills

A business administration qualification or Diploma of Practice Management will be highly regarded; however, this is not essential.
