**About the role**

Reporting to the EA to the CEO you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO's office and committee support to various committees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of agendas, minute taking and distribution, and action items
- Attending to correspondence and uploading all committee documentation
- Organising all meeting logistics
- Provide high level executive support to the office of the CEO
- All other administrative tasks as requested by the EA to the CEO

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting committees.
- High level administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
