**Atlas Copco's Power Technique** business area provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators, along with a number of complementary products.

**The Role**:
Drive successful, profitable sales of Portable Energy Storage Systems, Portable Solar Arrays, Developing Hybrid Technologies, and new sustainable solutions in the Oceania region, ensuring sustainable growth through direct and indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with the market, support sales teams, and develop tools to aid understanding of sustainable solutions.
- Implement optimal marketing plans and introduce new products aggressively.
- Evaluate product mix, collaborate with engineering, and promote products through marketing plans.
- Stay updated on market price levels and ensure competitive pricing.
- Assist in marketing messaging and develop sales tools for market channels.
- Deliver the Communication Plan for the product portfolio and participate in product demonstrations
- Develop competence and sales skills in market channels.
- Achieve optimal market coverage through Territory Management and Distributor Training.
- Deliver regular training to grow product understanding
- Develop stocking strategies and ensure inventory meets regional regulations.
- Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline opportunities and business development actions.

**What we expect from you**:

- Business or marketing qualifications or a trade/engineering background.
- Proven sales track record and industrial sales experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Intermediate PC skills, including CRM.
- Availability for regular interstate and occasional overseas travel.
- Driver's License.
