We are seeking a strong and motivated **APAC Paid Media Plann **to help create industry-leading paid media capabilities within Kimberly Clark. In this role, you will have the vision to shape the future of media strategy for Kimberly Clark and drive it to become a key catalyst for business and marketing transformation.
You will be a member of the APAC Digital Centre of Excellence (DCOE) team, and will serve as the key link in developing the strategy and seamless integration across paid, earned, shared, owned media and commerce to drive data driven marketing initiatives with K-C brand teams, digital teams, and media partners. This role is critical in partnering with internal and external stakeholders, to connect brand and retail media strategies/investments and increase the effectiveness of our ability to reach, engage and convert the consumers.

**Further Accountabilities Include but not limited to**:
- ** Improve Paid Media Planning Process -** Ensure best practices, media mandatories, guidelines and principles are followed by both the brand marketers and the media agency. Contribute strategically to QBRs and campaign reporting processes.
- ** Optimise Biddable Media Buying and Campaign Performance - **Partner with media agency for centralizing media buying execution. Monitor performance and translate data and activity into actionable insights and recommendations to markets. Support scaling the buying model to other countries where appropriate.
- ** Drive test & learn agenda, media personalization**:
- Partner with KC’s media agencies and other partners to define a future roadmap for personalized media on audience targeting, creative testing, 1PD usage and optimization. Drive test and learn agenda across markets to continuously evaluate and incorporate improvement opportunities to drive media performance. Develop case studies, templates and best practice toolkits in order to share insights and empower markets.
- ** Lead paid media dashboard, Ad tech, naming convention and taxonomy -** Partner with data analytics team to develop paid media dashboard, ensure proper tracking of all campaigns, deep dive data to gain insights. Point of contact and owner of ad accounts and social media governance needs. Support implementation of new ad tech across markets where appropriate. Work with global teams and media agencies to standardize naming convertion and taxonomy.
- ** Media Agency Relationship Management - **Design the ways-of-working, systems and processes by which the media agency works with KC. Support the Paid Media Transformation Manager to agree on performance KPIs with the media agency and leads assessment and evaluation. Continually give feedback to the media agency on their performance, based on actual results, observed behaviours and feedback from brand teams.

**About You**:

You will have a deep understanding of APAC media landscape (online, offline), dynamics of major media publishers and other media parties across markets (ANZ, CN, KR, ASEAN, ID, IN).
With this, you bring forward solid experience across media within a CPG or media agency for planning and buying (min 5 years’ experience) together with experience in regional media management role and eCommerce in portal and out portal media platforms.
Experience in Media Buying on tech platforms especially Google, Meta, TikTok will also be highly regarded. Your exposur
