ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We continue to see strong growth in both existing and new markets, we’re searching an Paid Media Manager to help drive our CFD & Invest products across APAC & CA.
This role will suit a hands-on individual with approx. 5 years’ experience to help drive our regional acquisition strategy, transform performance marketing and will need proven experience in managing a large number of stakeholders while effectively communicating priorities.
Your team will form part of a larger Paid Media team as we hybridise using the Helix model. Allowing our Paid Social & Performance team to diversify their skill set. Code name ‘Centaur’. Hence the creation of this dynamic skilled role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of performance professionals to level up our digital capability.
- Manage the development and growth of direct reports.
- Collaboratively take ownership of all Paid Digital channels in line with the Performance Manager. (Affiliates, ASA, Google ads, Meta, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
- Driving strategies and tactics that improve efficiencies and deliver full funnel optimisation.
- Build infrastructure and framework to drive both acquisition and brand lead strategies.
- Drive accountability for both your team and partners (Google, Microsoft, Adthena & Meta etc.)
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure all channels are elevated and achieve the best omni channel approach.
- Have a full funnel holistic marketing approach taking into account our Market Mix Model.
- Contribute to regional and global scaled solutions efforts, including documenting best practice guides, socialize scenarios that adversely impact performance.
- Proactively manage the annual APAC & CA budgets in-line with the agreed marketing plan.
- Support offline agencies with tracking, tagging and auditing any programmatic buys.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure all channels are elevated and achieve the best omni channel approach.
- Support key strategic initiatives and growth strategies.
- Other ad hoc marketing supportive tasks as required.
General responsibilities
- Support the Senior Acquisition Manager with planning, reporting and relevant budget management.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role and changing digital landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the APAC region.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must haves:
- 5 years in PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates & Programmatic channels.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Strong hands-on skills across the Google Stack (DV360, Google CM and GA4)
- Advanced knowledge of the full funnel marketing landscape and market mix models.
- Strong thought leadership to build framework and proactively find solutions.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.
