About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Service Support to join our Singleton-based team. This is perfect for those who thrive in a vibrant and successful environment and want to be a part of a fun and collaborative team.
The Service Support will also enjoy working closely alongside the leadership and sales team and partnering with them to accelerate and expand opportunities.

- Have a mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery ( mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Appreciate high expectations of customers
- Maintain organised and efficient work practices
- Be very willing to learn and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products or willingness to learn.
- Engaging with customers for quoting and organising upcoming preventative maintenance.
- Working with the Service department and external contractors for quoting and estimating the labour and parts required to complete the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Liaising with the Service department to ensure all work is booked and carried out in a timely manner
- Working with the Service department to help with scheduling servicing and breakdowns.
- Helping bring new business into the service department
