In this pivotal role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams across **Industry Partnerships, Learner Support**, and **Communications**, working hand-in-hand with our **Learning Design Manager** to deliver a seamless, engaging, and impactful learner journey—from first contact to course completion and beyond.

You’ll be the driving force behind:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach and support your team, foster innovation, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll also play a strategic role in aligning learner experience initiatives with organisational goals—ensuring our training programs not only run smoothly but deliver measurable and positive impact.

- Experience leading and motivating a diverse, high-performing team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong people skills — nurturing and supportive, yet confident in providing direction and driving results.
- Skilled at building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners, especially in VET, community services, aged care, and disability sectors.
- Comfortable working with data — collecting, analysing, and using it to make smart decisions.
