**Location**: Prestons, NSW
**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer
**Type**: Full-Time

**Objectives of this role**
- Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare minutes and action-item follow ups
- Schedule travel arrangements
- Regular national travel required (occassional international travel when required)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in project management and tracking critical deadlines
- Organise events, meetings, and offsites as needed
- Assist with onboarding new staff
- Office Management

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
