**Assistant Showroom Manager **to work 35 hours per week, over 5 days in our
**Osborne Park Showroom. **We offer a competitive remuneration package with exceptional uncapped commissions. People are spending more time at home and needing to upgrade their furniture, so
**Nick Scali** is experiencing great sales growth Our Sales Staff are currently earning up to $2,000 plus per month in commissions alone due to our increase in business.
**We want to hear from you if you**:

- Have a proven sales track record and have completed sales training to become a true sales professional.
- Have assistant management experience
- Are a top level sales professional, not an order taker.
- Motivated to close sales with a strong desire to earn commission.
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, optimistic and love the art of selling.
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
- Are able to work on **weekends **and enjoy time off during the week.
- Have a desire to train and develop a team.

**Your role is about**:

- Supporting the showroom manager.
- Training and developing new staff.
- Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offer solutions to customers home furnishing needs.
- Following up customer inquires, solving problems and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.
