- Base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses

- 10 am starts, no late night trade

Nick Scali is a nationally recognised household name founded in 1962. As a market leader, we pride ourselves on being experts in luxury furniture design. With over 60+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, we are continuing to grow with several new stores opened this year.

We are seeking an experienced ASM to join our Moore Park Showroom. As the face of Nick Scali, we are looking for professional retail sales staff who are seeking a career in Furniture Sales and are driven by success.

**We want to hear from you if you**:

- Have previous experience as a leader or 2IC and looking for the next step in your career
- Have a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to maximise your earning potential
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully work as part of a team
- Are a great communicator, a good listener, and a persuasive sales closer
- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
- Are able to work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week.

**You will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Assisting the Showroom Manager in the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers furnishing needs.
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care to ensure speedy responses to customer needs and wants.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships providing great aftercare service.
