About the Role
We currently have a great opportunity for a Quality Co-ordinator to join the team in Moorooka. As Quality Co-ordinator, you will assist in the daily operations of the Quality Department at Moorooka, ensuring consistent Quality products are being manufactured and delivered to our customers.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:

- Supporting Quality assurance activities to BRC, HACCP, GMP, internal audits and customer standards.
- Analysing products and providing timely and accurate results to Customers, Quality, Production, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the operations team to ensure consistent quality products are being manufactured and delivered to our customers.
- Review and maintain Site Food safety standard.
- Analyse and verify finished products to comply with internal and customer standards.
- Record testing data in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage process for non-conforming product, lead investigations as required and implementation of corrective actions with the team.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment with regular testing and calibration. Management of lab supplies and work towards continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Quality system audits completed with mínimal non-conformances and non-conformances closed out within agreed timeframes

About You

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with high volume FMCG environment; specifically, flour, feed or rice milling industry is desired.
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, HACCP or a related technical discipline.
- A working knowledge of quality systems and food safety standards such as HACCP is preferable.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Access skills.
- Keep safety and efficiency as a priority within their work.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with hands-on attitude.
- Have practical analytical skills.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
