Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specialises in executive career management and leadership development. Proving clients with exception service for over 20 years, you’ll be joining a passionate team, who thrive to deliver excellent service to their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator, Office Administrator or someone who is interested in the HR/ OD space, to join the business as a Client Services Coordinator.

In this role, you'll also provide expert advice to clients and assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. You'll work closely with the Business Development team to reach monthly/yearly targets, coordinate resources and facilities required for assignment delivery, and manage the pipeline ensuring all entries are updated.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to help identify ongoing opportunities within their organisation.
- Provide expert advice to clients, including recommending a solution that adequately meets the needs of their project/situation and objectives.
- Attend meetings with other account managers as required.
- Manage the pipeline ensuring all entries are updated.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
